Strength of character:
After much tribulations come the blessings. God never created a trial that is bigger for anyone to handle. He created trials for us to realize that NOTHING is bigger than God.

Just be an inspiring, highly effective leader with a burning desire to continually learn and willingness to help other people succeed in their life. (My favorite lines from Stephen Covey). Treat everyone with respect; be a good example to your staff; set goals and work towards their realization; organize teams and support, mentor, coach, encourage and inspire them. I know that you can do it. Let’s make a difference in the world of education where we play a significant role in helping people continuously improve and attain success.
